    Trockenfruechte / Gemuese mache ich selber, Tuetenfrass wie Instant nutze ich normalerweise nicht, Trockenmilch / Eipulver kaufe ich beim sackundpack.de, das ist fuer mich am bequemsten, da ich da haeufiger bin, aber Trek & Eat gibt es ja in vielen Shops...
